Our commercial clients with our professionally installed CCTV cameras have a high level of visibility over their businesses, covering potential shoplifting, employee theft, staff productivity and OH&S incidents within the workplace.
Security cameras also act as a strong deterrent to prevent potential incidents as well as provide a powerful message to your customers, clients and staff that your business values safety and security. If an incident does occur, providing video evidence can avoid costly legal expenses from false or dishonest claims as well as assist police or investigators to identify perpetrators.
Providing on site consultation with our highly experienced account managers, our team identifies all aspects of your security requirements and discusses your specific needs against that criteria. With this information our internal team formulates a recommendation, assessing the available options across different manufacturers to provide a system proposal that represents the best solution for your specific project.
End to end installation and configuration are carried out by our professional and accredited teams, not only covering all aspects of the security system but also addressing and installing power points, audio-visual and data communication systems if required to complement the CCTV security camera solution. Once the system has been installed, we provide comprehensive documentation and training with ongoing technical support included as standard in our installation packages.
With over 10 years industry experience in security and some of our key team members having over 20 years experience in implementing technology solutions we guarantee our work with a 3 year warranty both on parts and labour.
Prominently placed security cameras can help deter shoplifters and employee theft. If theft does occur, your surveillance system will have a recording of the incident to identify offenders.
The presence of a good security system including security cameras shows your customers that you care about their safety and security and can improve their overall perception of your business.
Business owners pay directly and indirectly for vandalism. Conspicuously placed cameras have been proven to reduce threats of violence and vandalism at businesses dramatically.
Avoid costly legal expenses from false or dishonest claims. One of the worst fears of any business is being sued. Whether an accident, injury, harassment or other legal issue occurs on-site, having video evidence can prove what actually took place.
A reliable indoor or outdoor surveillance system assures your insurance provider that youāre taking the necessary steps to protect your business from theft, which in turn, makes their job easier. Your business suddenly becomes less of a liability on their end.

Many security cameras do have audio recording functionality, however you will need to check specifically against each model as there are a wide range of solutions that both include and exclude microphones within the camera. Some models also include a speaker that can provide audible alarms and spoken messages upon human or vehicle detection.
This depends on the size, layout, desired coverage and types of cameras used for the project, however as a general rule it is critical to cover all entry and exit areas as a starting point. Additional coverage may be required to surveil specific stock, work areas and external car parks but this will be different for every business. As an example, we can propose a 1,250 sqm (50m x 25m) warehouse with an open view plan. Aiming to observe people in the workplace using a common 6MP camera with a 97 degree horizontal field of view and factoring in four entry/exit points. This scenario would require at least 10 cameras for an even internal coverage. The same size factory with extensive pallet racking and the same aim may however require 30 – 40 cameras to ensure even coverage.
Typically a 6MP dome or turret camera will be sufficient to cover a cash register, however it is important to position the camera in a way that the view cannot be obstructed. In some cases it is best to utilise two cameras from different angles to ensure that the view cannot be obstructed at any time.
A typical CCTV system with 16 cameras will require less than 150 watts of power per hour. This is comparable to a basic desktop computer and less than most larger LCD TVs, however it is important to recognise that the security camera system is usually running 24/7 and will consume power continually
Most commercial grade CCTV systems typically record directly to a dedicated set of surveillance hard drives that are installed into a network video recorder or server. WiFi is not normally required to record any CCTV footage, however some more basic consumer grade systems may use this method for recording.
CCTV systems can be configured to record 24/7 but can also be set to record only when activity is detected. We recommend, where possible to maintain 24/7 recording to avoid any potential footage being missed, this will however utilise the most amount of storage space and may not be possible in all instances. Setting a system to record on motion or human/vehicle detection can be a good way to conserve disk space and record over a longer period of time.
